Considerations &
Contra Indications

Whilst the treatment and sessions offered herein are delicious for the mind body and soul they are not suitable for every body.

Those with pre-existing conditions, injuries or pregnant should not book into these events without first checking that the event is suitable for you.  This maybe just a chat with Michelle to make sure modifications can be offered or it may require certification from your GP.

Please check the contraindications list below and read the acknowledgement before booking onto any event. 

I Acknowledge that...

Yoga, sound healing, massage and other treatments carry inherent risks.  By booking on to any events offered here I confirm that I have read and understood the contraindications and circumstances under which any event would not be suitable for me.  I voluntarily participate in any event that I book onto and agree to assume full responsibility for my wellbeing and all risks, injuries or damages which might incur as a result of participating in the events offered.   


Please Do Not Book Onto An Event Without Checking If You Are/Have  : 

ANY conditions or injury or are pregnant. Such as the following.   This list is not an exhaustive and you should contact the event organiser if you have any injury or condition before booking.  Some or the following are strictly prohibited, whereas for others, modifications can be made;

Severe Mental Illness,   pregnancy,  severe osteoporosis, recent joint operations, broken bones (less than 6 weeks ago), post operative (6 weeks minor surgery, 6 month major surgery, GP sign off required) epilepsy,  people fitted with pacemakers,  heart conditions. chest or breathing conditions, eye nose or throat conditions, back injuries off conditioned advanced stages of cancer, ménière's disease, tinnitus, high or low blood pressure, multiple sclerosis

The information provided on this site and the events offered are for educational purposes only. Participate at your own risk. Make sure you exercise or participate in a light area, with enough free space around you. Wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely.  If you feel dizzy, light headed, faint or if you experience any other discomforts, stop exercising immediately and consult a medical doctor. You are responsible for your condition, participate within your limits. Never force or strain. Seek attention and advise as appropriate.


We offer no medical advice. You should consult a medical practitioner before attempting any exercise or practice. This is particularly important if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, or have any existing medical conditions. This site may not be tailored to match your physical and mental health.
