Hi, welcome to my page. I am Michelle Thompson.  I'm a yoga, sacred sound and vedic chanting teacher and trainer.  I run workshops and courses in Swindon and online.

​

I love to both hold sacred sessions for people to create their own healing experiences AND offer training courses and workshops for the next generation of space holders.  These practices have been my constant friend for the last 30 years caring for my mind, body and spirit.

 

Sharing the incredible power of Yoga and Sacred Sounds in all their forms lights up my soul.   Wherever you are in your journey and whatever your next steps there is something for you.

About Me.

 I've been practice for more than 30 years and been a practicing Holistic Therapist and yoga teacher for a decade.  I am a passionate pupil, I love to study and weave that learning into what I offer and how I share.

 

I have been blessed with many incredible teachers, some of whom I continue to study with today.  All have left their imprint on me, informing both my personal practice and my teachings.  It is with their blessing that I share these healing practices with you.

My purposes is not just to share these practices in class and ceremony, but to also pass these wisdoms on to the next generation of yoga teachers, sound practitioners, vedic chanters and mystics just as they were shared with me, and so the web of healing grows.
